PURPOSE:
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for all phases of product movement including receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Order picking
- Operating equipment
- Shrink-wrapping products
- Preparing products for shipment
- Physical inventory count and preparation
- Storing inbound finished goods/raw materials
- Quality Control for outbound finished goods/raw materials
- Staging finished goods for outbound
- Prepping raw materials for packaging
- Ensure accuracy of work
- Supports the strategic and operational direction of the business
- Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months prior warehouse experience
- Forklift certification required
- Basic computer skills needed
- Ability to comply/adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work variable shift schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends as required
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to score satisfactory on pre-employment assessment
