Job summary

New System Laundry in Portland, OR is hiring a Warehouse Team Member for a full-time, onsite role at $20 per hour, 40+ hours weekly. You will organize inventory, prepare orders, support production, and assist with loading/unloading trucks.

This position requires a dependable, safety-minded team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is available for the right candidate.

• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support our warehouse, inventory, and route preparation operations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will help organize inventory, prepare orders, support production, and assist with truck loading and unloading.

Mat Department

• Feed mats into rolling equipment
• Organize inventory on shelves
• Pull and prepare mat delivery orders

Linen Department

• Receive clean, wrapped linen from production
• Organize linen inventory on shelves
• Pull and prepare linen delivery orders

Warehouse & Shipping Support

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery and shuttle trucks
• Help organize and stage products for routes and deliveries
• Use inventory tracking software to scan and assign items to drivers or customers

Safety & Team Support

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safe work practices and company safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
