Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) - Evening Shift

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.28 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• 
  

  Use the material handling equipment and the warehouse management system to build pallets of products for shipment, receive products into the warehouse, put away products in the fill locations and replenish products into home slots.

  
  


• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.


• Warehouse experience preferred


• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment


• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required


• Basic math skills (you'll use measurements and weights)

Ability & Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift, carry, and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs.


• Perform repetitive movements such as bending, reaching (including above shoulder height), pulling, pushing, squatting, and grasping throughout the shift.


• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods on concrete or cold storage flooring in a refrigerated warehouse environment.


• Comfortable building pallets up to 6 feet high with case weights up to 50 lbs.


• Use of warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, and reach trucks; ability to step on and off equipment as needed.


• Work in fast-paced conditions requiring dexterity, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.


• Tolerance for temperature fluctuations and exposure to cold environments as low as -20F, as well as variable noise levels.


• Endurance to maintain productivity and safety in continuous, physically demanding tasks.


• Using appropriate PPE (e.g., steel-toed footwear, gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, insulated clothing, harnesses, etc.).

Equipment Operation & Safety

• Safely and efficiently utilize warehouse material handling equipment.


• Use proper lifting and stacking techniques.


• Properly inspect lift trucks and complete the Daily Inspection Checklist.


• Adhere to all general and powered equipment safety rules.


• Utilize RF units, pick tickets, and receiving documentation
