Job summary

Do it Best in Dixon, IL is hiring for full-time distribution center roles including order fillers, shippers, receivers and high reach operators. Weekly pay, day shifts (Mon-Fri), and a comprehensive benefits package.

You’ll receive training to safely operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks, with room to grow. Compensation starts at $18.55–$23.40 per hour, with additional quarterly bonus potential up to $2.05/hour and regular raises.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly and up to 80–100 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop during shifts.
• Training provided to operate forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

Job description

We’re currently adding to our growing team and seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, and high reach operators!

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $25.45 /hr
• Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.55-$23.40 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

• Generous paid time off available at 60 days
