Job description

Responsible for accurately processing orders and maintaining established picking standards. Safely operate manual and powered equipment. Identify products and ensure correct units of measure. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Obtain and maintain forklift certification.

What You Deliver:

• Accurately fill orders for stores and commercial accounts, ensuring all items are supplied and properly packed to prevent damage.
• Use computer software and RF systems to issue, receive, pick, and transfer products for accurate inventory management.
• Fill out manifests and bills of lading for shipment tracking as required.
• Complete required training and comply with Food Safety and related programs.
• Maintain work standards for order picking.
• Operate manual and power equipment safely.
• Identify and select products with correct units of measure.
• Follow all safety procedures and keep the work environment safe and clean.
• Comply with all government regulatory requirements.
• Perform other warehouse activities as assigned.
• Maintain satisfactory attendance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meet Team Member II productivity standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) and order picker experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with WMS.
• Experience with D365.

Physical Requirements:

• Work 8-hour shifts standing, lifting, bending, reaching.
• Work on your feet over 9 hours.
• Perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Endure constant leaning and bending during shifts.
