Peerless Pump Company, an Indianapolis based subsidiary of Grundfos, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead its Logistics team in Indianapolis. You will oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure smooth material flow to keep production running and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong knowledge of 5S, Lean, and Theory of Constraints.
• Proficient with cycle counting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse team while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure accurate inventory control with cycle counts and SAP reconciliations.
• Plan tasks across Receiving, Stores, and Shipping to meet service goals.
• Process shipments within performance windows and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimization and standardization.
• Track progress using leader routines and generate KPI reports.
