What you'll be doing day to day

As a Warehouse Supervisor supporting our Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:

• Encourage independent development and performance management among co-workers.
• Plan resource allocation for daily shifts by monitoring the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Manage inbound and outbound flow according to IKEA Warehousing Concept.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Promote IKEA's culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Retail Distribution.
1 to 3 years of leadership experience.
Experience with Material Handling Equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The pay range is $60,122 to $83,928.
