Job summary

CS Power Systems, based in Mesquite, TX, is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to lead our distribution team and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipments. You will drive inventory control, safety compliance, and process improvements while mentoring staff and partnering with other departments to maintain high performance in a fast-paced renewable energy logistics operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products, ensuring that all processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of materials and products.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipment status, and team performance.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of warehouse staff.
