Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Warehouse Lead at its Service Center in Minnesota. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and helps coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to meet customer demands, while ensuring safety and accuracy across the center.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma, forklift experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate various assembly equipment and fork lifts.
• Ability to use measuring devices and perform basic math.
• Read and interpret English instructions.
• Computer proficiency.
• Work 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service according to policy.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedite emergency orders with the office.
• Monitor procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Support Lean and recommend corrective action.
• Participate in improvement programs and motivate others.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Provide new hire training.
• Give feedback on staff performance to Supervisor.
• Support company policies and communication across management levels.
• Perform warehouse duties including pulling product, inbound shipments, cycle counts, and operating forklift, WMS, and related systems.
