Formación

• Seasonal position; strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs; willing to work flexible shifts.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed, in compliance with regulations.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, and coaching to staff.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies.
