Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will train and develop workgroups, set high standards for accuracy and service, and foster a collaborative, process-improvement culture across departments.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage resources in a fast-paced warehouse, and a preference for candidates with management experience. U.S. citizenship or eligible work status is required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
