• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, in compliance with department, station, corporate and local requirements.
• Manages department resources to optimize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements personal development plans to support staff growth.
• Ensures training and onboarding are thorough and ongoing.
