UPS in Horsham, PA is seeking a seasonal supervisor who will lead safety, production and attendance, and set high standards for productivity and accuracy. You will train staff, foster teamwork, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with multiple levels of the organization.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or international equivalent, prior management experience, and the ability to lift 70 lbs, with strong communication and proficiency in

• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
