Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups in a high-volume facility. You will supervise safety, production, and attendance while maintaining standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and collaboration across levels to support continuous improvement and strong operating performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. /32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training for new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
