Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with involvement, pro-active communication, and continual improvement.
• Ensures department employees receive orientation, training, evaluations, and proactive coaching to support growth.
