Job summary

S&S Activewear LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for Receiving & Inventory Control in Lockport, IL. This full-time role supports the IC manager and oversees daily DC tasks, ensuring procedures are followed and staff receive guidance. Monday–Friday, 1pm–9:30pm, with opportunities to train, mentor, and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and speak English.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to implement process improvements and support the DC.
• Monitor orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping to meet safety and accuracy standards.
• Operate equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks.
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Train new and current staff and support daily operations.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Distribution Center.
