Job summary

S&S Activewear in Lockport, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and will call in a fast-paced distribution center. The role runs Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, and is on-site at 16427 W. Prologis Parkway.

Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma, and be able to lift 50 lbs; forklift and pallet jack experience preferred; join a team with strong benefits and apparel discounts, and participate in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills and ability to count, add, and subtract quickly.
• Able to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately, including receiving, stocking, staging and shipping.
• Prepare orders accurately and timely to meet daily goals.
• Meet KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service.
• Prepare and pack goods for shipment.
• Report discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and stock chaser.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized distribution center.
• Assist with cross training and other duties as needed.
