Job summary

Mity-Lite, based in Utah, is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Lindon. This full-time, in-person role drives safe production, monitors workflows, and ensures assembly adheres to BOM and quality standards. You will train staff, coordinate with departments, and uphold MIT+Y culture in daily operations.

The position emphasizes inventory control, packaging compliance, and continuous improvement through standardized work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Standard Works, Takt / Cycle Time and Standard In Process Stock.
• Previous Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a positive and safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitors and participates in production of the given area.
• Uses hour-by-hour board and Standard Work Instructions to ensure repeatable assembly.
• Collaborates with other departments and leadership to align order sequencing.
• Performs training and uses Standardized Work Instructions for new staff.
• Ensures product builds align with BOM and quality standards.
• Supports MIT+Y culture in daily interactions.
• Develops direct reports and enforces company policies.
• Follows packaging and labeling standards for each item.
• Maintains NAV inventory accuracy, transfers and reporting.
• Keeps work areas and equipment safe, clean, and orderly.
• Provides technical feedback to engineers and VSL on processes.
• Reports output, scrap, and issues to VSL daily.
• Performs other related duties as required.
