Job summary

Mity-Lite, based in Orem, Utah, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure safe and efficient production, and support inventory accuracy using NAV. The role requires supervisory experience and a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

You will train staff, enforce standard work, coordinate with other departments, and help drive MIT+Y culture in everyday actions. This position offers room for growth within our manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a plant setting.
• Familiarity with standard work instructions and takt/c-cycle time concepts.
• Ability to train new personnel and enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, safe work environment for team members.
• Monitor production in the assigned area and participate in output.
• Use hour-by-hour board and standard work instructions for repeatable assembly.
