Job summary

Mity-Lite is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Lindon, UT. You will supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Manufacturing experience required.
• Knowledge of Standard Works, Takt / Cycle Time and Standard In Process Stock.
• Previous Lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, safe work environment per MITY policy.
• Monitor and participate in production of the assigned area.
• Use hour-by-hour board and Standard Work Instructions for a dependable, repeatable assembly process.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders run in the same sequence.
• Train new personnel using Standardized Work Instruction.
