Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader at our Old Bridge, NJ location. You will support supervisors and directly lead a small group of associates, ensuring smooth workflow, training staff, and maintaining performance across daily warehouse activities.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, strong organization and communication skills, and Mandarin proficiency. The role requires flexibility for overtime and varied shifts within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience; prior team lead or unofficial leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling
• Familiarity with scanners or WMS systems is a plus
• Mandarin skills required

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of associates in one or more warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, etc.)
• Assist with labor planning and workflow coordination
• Train new team members on SOPs, safety, and process efficiency
• Monitor order accuracy, report issues, and accelerate when needed
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
