Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support distribution services in the US. The role requires 2+ years of DC experience, ability to operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, and a high school diploma.

You will work an evening shift, collaborate with team members, and help ensure accuracy in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, maintaining inventory integrity, and escalating issues as needed.

• Reading English to compare and read product descriptions, names and shelf labels.
• Must possess basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires materials, records, and shipment information needed to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Inspects products, storage conditions, and order outputs to maintain handling accuracy and shipment readiness.
• Consolidates inventory and operational information to improve transaction accuracy and workflow coordination.
• Adjusts warehouse activities within established guidelines to address routine exceptions and changing priorities.
• Preserves product condition and inventory integrity through proper handling, storage, and movement practices.
• Screens operational issues and process gaps to enable timely escalation and corrective action.
