Job summary

Saia is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily activities across multiple client accounts in a 3PL setting. You will guide warehouse teams, ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and safe operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and maintaining inventory integrity through WMS transactions and cycle counts. You will coach staff and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities across multiple customer accounts.
• Prioritizes warehouse workflow based on order volume, inbound/outbound schedules, labor availability, carrier requirements, and customer service commitments.
• Ensures proper handling of inventory per client procedures and maintains inventory integrity via WMS transactions and cycle counts.
• Guides and trains warehouse associates, monitors productivity and quality, and promotes safe operations.
