Responsibilities include leading daily briefings, monitoring performance, driving improvements, and coordinating with the customer to meet forecasted volumes. Prior experience in team leadership and logistics is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A-level to 2 years of higher education or equivalent through experience.
• Training in transport, logistics and management preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and controls teamwork with clear objectives.
• Coordinates communication of road map and final goals to team members.
• Sets up regular briefings to monitor activity and objectives.
• Provides feedback, training and recognition to staff as needed.
• Promotes process improvement and innovation within the team.
• Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates specific requirements.
