Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year prior team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required
• Forklift operator license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Effective leadership and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for efficient operations.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation.
• Allocate daily work and organize shift responsibilities.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and necessary tools to staff.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork and reports.
• Complete daily reports and propose actions to improve operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
