Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more experience as Team Lead preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation.
• Allocate daily work to maximize shift performance.
• Inspire team toward KPI improvements.
• Ensure safety practices and proper paperwork handling.
• Complete daily reports and propose action plans.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
