GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Pryor Creek, OK to oversee a warehouse team and daily operations. You will ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and strong customer service while coaching staff and enforcing safety policies.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting, SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; overtime may be expected.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; suggest performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and tools; support warehouse management as needed.
• Track orders and investigate problems; ensure accurate goods cataloging and storage.
