Job summary

GXO is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm - 12:30am) in Pryor Creek, OK to oversee the warehouse team and ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.

You will train and coach staff, assign workloads, utilize SAP and WMS, and enforce safety policies while supporting management and maintaining documentation. The role offers competitive pay with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish, maintain and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment per the 7S program.
