Job summary

Cross Company in Greensboro, NC is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to perform all warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking and shipping inventory. You will utilize Cross operating systems to deliver efficient customer service and cover the warehouse in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities include directing workflow, training teammates, operating the WMS, and ensuring accurate processing of transfers and returns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow and assist in warehouse processes to meet daily objectives.
• Proficiently use WMS screens and train others on warehouse functions.
• Process and ship inventory, and manage transfers to other locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Achieve forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
