Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates in daily receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and operational goals are achieved.
• Train, onboard, and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and company standards.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational challenges.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with scheduling, workload planning, and prioritization of daily warehouse activities.
• Communicate effectively with management, customer service, purchasing, and transportation teams.
• Track and report key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and operational concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with returns processing, quality inspections, and special projects as assigned.
