Capstone is seeking an energetic, hardworking warehouse associate in Melrose Park, IL to support receiving, unloading and loading operations. You will work solo or in teams with minimal supervision, learning all aspects of the facility while maintaining positive relations with customer staff and deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety, physical work, and potential for progression into management. Training and team collaboration are core to daily duties and site operations.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physically demanding.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; training provided for right candidate.
• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs and work with teams or alone as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in stretching exercises.
• Perform yard marshalling duties and assist in loading/unloading operations.
• Coach and train teammates; communicate with leadership.
• Maintain safety observations and ensure customer service standards.
