Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Illinois to support receiving, unloading and loading operations within a busy warehouse environment. You will work alone or in teams with limited supervision, and engage with customer staff and delivery personnel in a positive, professional manner.

Upcoming role offers opportunities for growth, on-the-job training, and a path toward management as you learn all facets of warehouse operations and yard marshalling duties.

Qualifications

• High-energy, strong work ethic required.
• Lift 25-75 lbs; ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-shift meetings and safety checks.
• Lead stretching exercises before shifts.
• Conduct safety observations.
• Support management and coaching activities.
• Assist training programs for new hires.
• Communicate with leadership and relevant teams.
• Perform yard marshalling duties.
• Learn all receiving/unloading and loading operations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
