Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate to support its third party logistics operations in the US. You will train staff, ensure safe equipment use, and help with order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

The role requires reading English, basic math, and strong teamwork. Prior DC workflow knowledge is a plus and the position is based at the Brooks, KY facility.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Two plus years of work experience.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates in duties and safety per SOPs.
• Monitor performance and correct behaviors as needed.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking and returns.
• Oversee shipping and general operations as needed.
• Provide tactical direction to warehouse staff and manage daily workloads.
• Assist in supervision, scheduling, and manpower coverage.
