UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee package handlers, lead training, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes high standards for accuracy, customer service, and organizational effectiveness.

You will promote a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication across departments and implement development plans to ensure continuous growth and safety training for the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment or supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Implement personal development plans and ensure ongoing safety training for department personnel.
