Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting in Commerce, CA. You will supervise a team, manage shipping/receiving, and ensure accurate inventory and safe, efficient processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on GMPs and food safety in a dairy-refrigerated environment. Overtime may be required in peak periods; base pay starts at $21.48/hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks in cold/wet environments is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, distribution, or food production.
• Experience completing inventory counts and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping, receiving, picking and related priorities.
• Direct the team to maximize efficiency and maintain safety.
• Monitor inventory, perform cycles counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure FIFO and proper storage of dairy and refrigerated products.
