Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required.
Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS systems.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse associates and coordinate daily workflow.
Oversee shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
Train and coach warehouse team members on procedures and best practices.
Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Ensure on-time shipment processing and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain compliance with OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
