Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an on-site Lead to manage a California warehouse shift. You will supervise the team, oversee inventory accuracy, train staff, and ensure orders are fulfilled on time while maintaining safety and 7S standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain inventory levels and ensure on-time orders.

• Train and coach the warehouse team and pursue performance improvement.
• Use WMS and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems; maintain 7S cleanliness.
