Primo Brands in Dallas, TX is hiring a Warehouse Loader/Associate to ensure efficient warehousing operations, loading, and inventory accuracy. This role works Sunday–Thursday, starting between 7 pm and completion, with Fridays depending on need.

The position requires forklift experience and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You'll work closely with Route Operations to meet product and equipment needs, manage counts, and train new associates while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operations of warehousing and loader associate activities.
• Maintain high quality standards for loading and inventory.
• Keep warehouse and loading areas clean and orderly.
• Manage inventory, QA, shipping/receiving, equipment services, and supervision of checker/loader associates.
• Coordinate with Route Operations to meet product and equipment needs on time.
• Maintain inventory of parts, supplies and equipment used in responsibilities.
• Understand loading/fleet area to maximize efficiency and respond to new programs.
• Hire and train associates to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily/period end cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory.
