Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for operational efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using appropriate leadership styles.
• Assist with orientation and provide necessary information and tools to perform jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
