Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more experience as Team Lead preferred.
• One year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for operations efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and assign daily work to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Inspire team members to improve KPI performance using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees for their roles.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Manage paperwork like picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to improve service levels.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
