Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for our Distribution Center Operations in the United States. The role offers a 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

shift (Mon-Fri). The hourly rate is $24.00 plus bonus and opportunities to mentor, train, and guide staff in daily workflows. You will coordinate assignments, monitor activity, support safety audits, and drive improvements across multiple warehouse departments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, assembly, configuration, or similar environment.
• Experience training, mentoring, or providing day-to-day guidance to team members.
• Strong understanding of procedures, workflow coordination, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and timely resolution abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments, resources, and workflow with department supervisors to meet goals.
• Monitor production activity, track metrics, and support audits and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and training of associates on processes and SOPs.
• Provide guidance, promote teamwork and accountability, and ensure safety.
• Identify and help resolve workflow, product, and equipment issues; track tickets to resolution.
• Recommend improvements to efficiency, quality, and consistency.
• Ensure tools and materials are available; escalate shortages affecting production.
• Cross-train across warehouse departments to cover business needs.
• Communicate priorities during team huddles and coordinate with leads to maintain flow.
• Model safe work practices and support 5S and workplace organization standards.
• Escalate attendance, performance, policy, and employee relations concerns.

Warehouse Team Lead – Distribution Center Operations

Shift Hours: 6am-2:30pm M-F - Hours may change as per business needs

Hourly Rate: $24.00 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments, resources, and workflow with department supervisors to meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
• Monitor production activity, track performance metrics, prepare daily reports, and support safety audits and operational compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and training associates on department processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide guidance, reinforce productivity and quality expectations, and promote teamwork and accountability.
• Identify and help resolve workflow, product, process, and equipment issues; open and track troubleshooting tickets through resolution and job closure.
• Recommend improvements to operational efficiency, quality, and process consistency.
• Ensure associates have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to work safely and efficiently; escal resource shortages and production-impacting issues.
• Maintain flexibility to support and perform tasks across multiple warehouse departments through cross-training, as business needs require.
• Communicate priorities and operational updates during team huddles and coordinate with supervisors and team leads to maintain workflow continuity.
• Model safe work practices and support 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards.
• Escalate attendance, performance, policy, and employee relations concerns to department leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
