Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment.

You will provide direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality across all activities, driving efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training and resources to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
• Acts as a point of contact for escalated warehouse issues and ensures smooth operations.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates the distribution center's alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures associates maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
• Completes necessary paperwork and productivity reports.
