AGCO Corporation in Batavia, IL is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift (4pm–12:30am), Monday–Friday. You will guide outbound tasks, including check-in, matching, sorting, packing, and processing, using WMS and RF devices as needed to maintain inventory accuracy.

You will coach a team, enforce safety and quality standards, resolve daily operational issues, and collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to optimize flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–12 months of packaging operation experience.
• Ability to coach and lead a team; effective English communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead outbound tasks: check-in, matching, unpacking, counting, sorting, packing, and processing.
• Use WMS and RF devices to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coach and motivate staff; communicate safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Resolve daily operational problems; report to Warehouse Supervisor.
