Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a 2nd shift in our Leesburg, VA facility. You will oversee inventory levels, assign tasks, and coach a team to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment. The role requires SAP and WMS experience, plus familiarity with handheld scanners and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of warehouse experience required.
• One year of SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.
• Review workload, assign tasks, and coach the warehouse team.
• Train staff, enforce safety policies, and maintain documentation.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and support management in daily tasks.
