Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in West Jordan, UT for a 1st shift starting at 6AM. This role pays $920 per week and requires weekend and holiday work.

The Team Lead will supervise a warehouse crew, ensure safety, and drive daily operations. Key duties include training new associates, maintaining logs, reviewing documents for accuracy, monitoring performance, closing/opening the facility, and communicating with management.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year minimum supervisory experience.
• Must work weekend and holidays.
• Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and regulations (OSHA).
• Energetic and highly motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Train new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records and logs.
• Review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Communicating effectively with management and their team.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
