Job summary

Capstone is hiring at West Jordan, UT for a 1st shift Warehouse Associate. Youll perform loading, unloading, picking, palletizing, and related duties in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs and operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).

Training is available for the right candidate, with weekly pay and a path to internal growth. Capstone emphasizes a high-performance culture with opportunities to travel between sites, paid training, and safety incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25–75 lbs and work a fast-paced shift.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred; training available.
• High-energy, strong work ethic with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from pallets and trucks.
• Select and palletize items for shipment.
• Audit, sort, and repack goods as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Support site leadership with assigned tasks.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
