Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise a team in Paarl, overseeing receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping while upholding productivity and safety standards.

This hybrid, on-site leadership role requires strong communication, coaching and problem-solving to keep daily operations running smoothly and to drive continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance metrics and support inventory accuracy with a proactive, team-focused approach.
