Job summary

Fromm Electric is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide a busy team and keep warehouse operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily tasks, manage tickets, and coordinate schedules while ensuring safety and accuracy. This role values strong leadership, problem solving, and clear communication to maintain high performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with basic math and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the workflow on track.
• Distribute, manage, and reconcile all warehouse tickets at the end of each shift.
• Serve as the go-to escalation point for warehouse questions and issues.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure all work is completed efficiently.
• Manage daily delivery manifests and ensure transfer bins are properly loaded.
• Enforce warehouse KPIs including aisle maintenance, order accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Support and train new and current associates.
• Assist with tracking order selector activity and performance expectations.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a secure facility, including closing responsibilities.
• Step in as backup for the Warehouse Manager when needed.

• Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and learning internal systems.
