Amcor is seeking a Team Leader to guide warehouse operations, maintain organization, and ensure accurate inventory for shipments. You will lead by example, coach staff, and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize material flow.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends. PIT certification is preferred for the position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to understand all DcLink, JDE, Excel, and any other in-house software programs implemented
Proven decision making and demonstrated respect among peers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong PC and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
PIT Certification required
Good hand-eye coordination is required
Position requires agility and consistent attention to detail
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holiday and over-time
Good communication skills–verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate
Ability to work independently in a potentially isolated area of the building
Must be able to meet all the above responsibilities to perform the job
