Job summary

Wilco Gutter Supply is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily warehousing operations and lead a dedicated team. Based in Indianapolis, IN or nearby, you will coordinate tasks, train staff, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving processes.

The role requires leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position with standard hours and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse or related experience is preferred.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to multitask during peak times and handle pressure.
• Good vision with no issues to color blindness.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and reach.
• Lift up to 75lbs.

Warehouse Team Lead

Wilco Gutter Supply, based in Indianapolis, IN is currently looking for a Warehouse Team Leader. We are the leading supplier of gutter products and tools in the region! Core Responsibilities Include.

• Performing duties to assist management with day-to-day operations.
• Ensures all team members arrive to job station on time.
• Facilitates training to new associates and fills in for missing personnel as needed.

– Help associates with performing and completing tasks to company’s standards while keeping the team motivated.

• Put away customer returns into the proper locations and inspect them for damage/inefficiencies.
• Assist the Dock Shipping Clerk to package and stage materials to get ready for shipping.
• Lead a team to load our own fleet of trucks for shipments while ensuring accuracy.
• Reports associates performance to the Manager.

Additional Information:

Hours for Warehouse Team Leader:
Monday -Thursday (8:30 am-6:30 pm) and Friday (8:30am-4:30pm) with 1-hour lunches
